really simple,
yet great
tasting Garlic
Shrimp
recipe...well
here it
is...
Ingredients
1 pound –
Shrimp, peeled
and
deveined
1 - Medium
white
onion
2 – 3 - Medium
tomatoes
2 teaspoons -
Oil
4 - Garlic
cloves,
crushed
3 teaspoons -
Capers
In a heavy
skillet heat
oil and sauté
onions till
wilted.
Add garlic,
sauté about 3
minutes.
Add the shrimp
to the skillet,
cook and stir
for 3 to 5
minutes or
until the
shrimp are
opaque.
Add the
tomatoes,
capers and
simmer for 20
minutes.
Salt and pepper
to
taste.
Serve over thin
spaghetti.

great!
